Maybe your future? - Do itKey Responsibilities:As a Quality Customer Specialist, you will play a vital role in:Contact person for customers (understand and implement customer-specific requirements);Responsible for complaint processing;Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements;Coordination of incidents in production and root cause analysis;Quality interface between customer and Production;Moderation of internal error and risk analyses;Support in the area of advanced quality planning/APQP.Requirements:Technical University degree;Good knowledge of the quality requirements and QM tools specific to the automotive supplier industry, such as 8D, FMEA, APQP, and PPAP;Ability to solve problems using common tools (5Why, Ishikawa, etc.) and analytical thinking;Good MS Office and SAP knowledge;Ideally experience with customer portals;Shape the future with us at BCS Automotive Interface Solutions, where your expertise and passion make a difference!
