This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting cross-functional teams and driving supplier quality excellence.🛠️ What You’ll Do: • Manage supplier NCRs, concessions, CARs, SCARs, 8Ds, and FAR investigations • Conduct product, process, and specification audits at supplier facilities • Review and approve DVI, PPAP, and FAI documentation • Support supplier design change requests (RFDC) and track queries to closure • Lead opening and closing audit meetings and supplier performance reviews • Track quality trends and identify patterns that require corrective action • Maintain SAP quality notifications (COSA) and update inspection criteria • Manage supplier delegation requirements and quality approvals • Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Purchasing, and Incoming Inspection teams • Support daily QRQC boards and contribute to company quality reporting🎓 What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years in part manufacturing or quality environment • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred) • Strong understanding of machining, NDT, special processes, and assembly • Experience with raw materials and forgings (an asset) • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training or supplier auditing experience • Proficiency with CATIA/Enovia & SAP • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet demanding deadlines • Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills • Ability to travel when required
