Quality Engineer

If you have a strong technical background, meticulous inspection skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining construction excellence, we invite you to be part of ACC’s legacy of engineering excellence.What You’ll AchieveQuality Assurance & Inspection:Carry out inspections for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works in line with approved ITPs and project specifications.Verify that works conform to approved shop drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with quality requirements.Documentation & Reporting:Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and quality records.Review and provide input on Method Statements, ITPs, and other quality documentation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control logs and reports.Coordination & Communication:Liaise with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives on quality-related matters.Coordinate site walkdowns and inspections with consultants and clients.Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues and follow-up on corrective actions.Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for improvement and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurring quality issues.Contribute to promoting a strong quality culture across all site teams.What You’ll Bring to ACC Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Control Engineer in the construction industry.Skills & Competencies:Hands-on experience with large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, construction drawings, and specifications.Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Why Join ACC?Joining ACC means being part of a forward-thinking, collaborative environment where your contributions will shape impactful projects across the region.
