Quality EngineerSummary Develop/implement QA plans, conduct audits, ensure ISO9001/AS9100/AS1300 compliance for operations.Key DutiesUpdate quality docs/standards via Customer Specific Requirements gap assessments Lead full Control Plans/PFMEA revisions APQP Quality rep; lead customer/system audits & corrective actions Develop shipment compliance processes; stop non-conforming production Conduct product/process investigations & audits Analyze data, prepare professional presentations Optimize materials/processes for efficiency/defect reduction Requirements BS Engineering/Materials Science/Metallurgy (pref.) 5+ yrs manufacturing QA/compliance AS9100 certified auditor; APQP, SPC, MSA, 8D, PFMEA, Control Plans; metallurgy exp. Green Belt (Black Belt pref.); Ishikawa/3-Legged 5-Whys Advanced Excel
