Job Description

What You Will Do:In this role, you’ll support the Quality Operations team in maintaining product quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business to identify and solve problems, improve processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards.Your key responsibilities will include:Support day-to-day quality activities in manufacturingAssist in reviewing and documenting non-conformances (NCs) and CAPAsParticipate in investigations and root cause analysisContribute to process improvements and quality data analysisSupport change control, risk assessments, and documentation reviewsCollaborate in internal and external audit activitiesSupport validation activities under supervisionAssist with product holds and containment actionsWhat You Need:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related fieldAround 2 years’ experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environmentBasic knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and quality system regulations (preferred)Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skillsEagerness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a collaborative teamProficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written)Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
