ResponsibilitiesManaging Day to day Plant Quality Process as below. Incoming quality control supervision. Managing Assembly/Process Quality. Molding Quality monitoring and review. Communication and follow ups with supplier for incoming Quality related CA/PA Quality Metrics reports. Leading RMA activities for both Mfg. & BTS. Leading Six Sigma green belt projects. Site champion for BIQ Audit. Managing and controlling process rejections. Continuous improvement of product and process. Review and documentation of required Documents for ISO: 9001:2015 Audits (Internal & External Audits) Works with CFT for product and Process Improvements. SPOC for site Poka-Yoke event being driven by BA. Carrying RCA and making reports for field return samples. Managing Calibration activities of MME’s. Team training for External Quality circle presentation.
