Quality Engineer

Role: Quality Engineer (QE)Skills: Python, Robotic Automation, Generative AIJob Overview:We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer with strong expertise in Python automation, robotic process automation, and a keen interest in Generative AI technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with development and QA teams to drive efficient testing processes and deliver high-quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python.Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine test requirements.Report, track, and follow up on defects in coordination with the development team.Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and processes.Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reports.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing with Python.Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, or Robot Framework.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Experience working in CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins).Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Technical Skills:PythonSeleniumPyTestRobot FrameworkGitJenkinsCI/CD pipelinesTest automationDefect tracking and resolutionTest documentation and reporting
