Quality Engineer

We’re looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join a motivated Quality team led by a knowledgeable and passionate Quality Manager. This company produces highly interesting, innovative, and technically challenging products and it's a great opportunity to develop your career within a company that truly values the role of Quality, continuous improvement and product excellence.The successful candidate will play a key role in the following –Ensuring product quality and compliance across manufacturing and assemblySupporting audits and working in alignment with AS9100 requirementsCollaborating with operations to solve problems, control variation and improve processesAssisting with New Product Introduction (NPI) activitiesIdentifying issues, mitigating risks, and supporting corrective/preventive actionsLeading and participating in continuous improvement initiativesIf you’re a Degree qualified Quality Engineer (engineering Degree preferred) with sound hands on experience of working in a manufacturing environment producing small components with a proven track record in risk mitigation then we’d like to hear from you.This team need a collaborative, proactive Quality Engineer who wants to work with interesting products and who may just enjoy a half day on a Friday!
