Quality Engineer

At our location in Slovenia we are looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/d):Main Activities - Quality EngineerRepresenting HSL at the customer as central point of contact and manage all related quality tasks professionally, internally and externally Collaborate with customer teams in integration of Lighting and Electronic projects Resolve conflicts between team members, departments and coordinate the best possible project progress Analyze and document defects and feedback from customers Develop, implement and maintain quality control systems and processes to ensure that products meet customer and industry standards Ensure project goals in terms of milestones and maturity, while motivating the team to meet commitments in timing and maturity levels Ensure that products are of the highest quality through inspections and testing Develop and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure compliance with customer requirements Review test results and product specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure consistent production quality Analyze and document production processes to identify areas of improvement Conduct required audits to verify product and process quality Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues Analyze quality data and metrics of suppliers to identify trends and areas for improvement Maintain and update supplier quality documentation and records Ensure suppliers adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers on quality-related matters Reviews and approves Risk Assessment documents such as PFMEA and DFMEA Desired skills Personal skills to manage functional organizationGood management skills, efficient communication and analytical skillsPrecise and concise written communication skillsGood computer skills (Office)Independent workTeamworkPassion for the automotive industry.LanguageFluency in English is mandatory.What we offer A great team with highly motivated and qualified colleagues.Permanent workplaceFlexible work schedule for time with family and hobbiesIndividual development opportunities in a company with a sense of responsibility and sustainabilityA performance-related salaryPRISMA is redefining the future of automotive lighting.
