Join us and help shape the future of biologics production.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Designing, planning and supervising experiments related to process transfer, optimization, validation, and troubleshooting.Taking scientific and organizational ownership of assigned project tasks.Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in downstream processes for antibody production.Designing and conducting small-scale downstream runs to support the main production process.Designing, overseeing and performing experiments using equipment for antibody purification (e.g.: Äkta chromatography systems, automated liquid handlers (Tecan), Tangential flow filtration systems).Evaluating and implementing new technologies and advanced laboratory techniques to enhance process efficiency and robustness.What You Will Bring To The RoleA Master’s degree (MSc) or PhD in Chemistry, Biologics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or another relevant field within the natural sciencesStrong scientific and technical expertise in biologics manufacturing processes, particularly in downstream processingHands-on experience with techniques involved in antibody purificationA proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvementExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsFluency in EnglishYou’ll ReceiveEmployment at the most reputable employer in Slovenia offers Competitive salary, Annual bonus, Flexible working schedule, tailored to your needs, possibility to work from home, Pension scheme, Employee Recognition Scheme, Expanded program for the promotion of health in the field of physical, mental and social well-being (Energized for Life), Unlimited learning and development opportunities.Possible job locations: Slovenia (Lendava)We offer permanent contract with 6-month of probation period.
