We are the IT recruitment agency with access to the top talented software engineers, in Europe and globally.Currently, we have open recruitment for QA Engineer with English.Key Responsibilities:Technical expertise:Experience with structured test scenario design and traceability frameworks (e.g. test case mapping, risk-based testing, or requirements-to-test coverage tracking). Ability to define and maintain test documentation that scales with distributed microservice architectures.Strong experience testing distributed systems, integrations, and end-to-end workflowsProficiency with event-driven communication systems (Kafka; knowledge of ActiveMQ or MQTT is also relevant)Container orchestration testing expertise (Kubernetes, Helm Charts)Experience with security compliance standards testing, including secure communication, IAM, and authentication workflowsPerformance testing skills for containers and ETL processesSecurity protocol testing (mTLS, custom IAMs, SSO) Experience with hybrid deployment models (cloud + on-premise)IoT data validation skills, including handling time-delayed sensor data and correlationFrontend testing experience with React.js applicationsProficiency in working directly with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, NocoDB, ArangoDB)Experience in testing asynchronous software (Push notifications, Webhooks, Events, Websockets)Hands-on experience with automated test pipelines, including integration with nightly or continuous build environmentsExperience executing live validation tests (e.g., artificial or smoke tests) in production-like environments, ensuring system stability and data integrityMethodologies & ToolsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) within CI/CD workflowsProficiency with DevOps or GitHub-based workflows (pipelines, environments, build integrations)Security testing aligned with industry standards (OWASP ZAP, Veracode, etc.)Experience with modern monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)Proficiency with web testing frameworks (Selenium, Playwright)Experience with load testing tools (JMeter or equivalent)Professional CapabilitiesExpert-level testing expertise with demonstrated mentoring and leadership abilitiesExperience in custom testing framework design and extension (preferably in C# or similar object-oriented languages)Ability to navigate dynamic and evolving requirementsStrong production support and root cause investigation skillsProven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (developers, DevOps, product owners) Required Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies, equivalent to professional certification (e.g., ISTQB-level understanding, formal certification not required)Experience in medium-sized development teams (~10 members)Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot)Ability to transition seamlessly between related projects and maintain domain continuityEnglish speakerReady to build the future of mobile apps with us?
