DescriptionAs a Quality Inspection & Manufacturing Engineer at 10xconstruction. You will play a key role in ensuring the precision, reliability, and consistency of components used in our advanced mobile robotic platforms and working closely with the Mechanical Engineers and production teams. You will be responsible for the inspection, validation, and continuous improvement of manufactured parts. This role offers hands-on experience in quality control, fabrication processes, and the integration of mechanical assemblies in a high-performance robotics environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform visual and dimensional inspection of incoming and in-house manufactured componentsVerify tolerances, finishes, and geometric accuracy against CAD and technical drawingsDocument inspection results, identify non-conformities, and coordinate corrective actions with the production teamSupport first article inspection (FAI) and maintain inspection reports for traceabilityCollaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to provide feedback on manufacturability and quality improvementsConduct basic calibration checks on measuring instruments and ensure their reliabilityAssist in defining and implementing quality assurance procedures and work instructionsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and inspection workflowsRequirementsQualifications and SkillsDiploma / ITI+ 3 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related fieldProficiency in reading and interpreting CAD drawings and GD&T symbolsHands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges, etc. Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills in Kannada, Hindi and English.
