Quality Inspector A320

We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team supporting the A320 program.The primary responsibility of this role is to execute the inspection and control process step by step, ensuring full compliance with structural and skin measurement requirements.Responsibilities:Perform inspections on aircraft structures and skin following defined control processes (DOODRS_SKIN ISSUES_PROCESS & NCR CHECK – Rev-C).Carry out precise measurements using tools such as calipers, rulers, and microscopes.Review and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings accurately.Record inspection results in Excel tables and other reporting formats, ensuring clarity and completeness.Create Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and concessions when necessary.Ensure timely and accurate reporting in English to support documentation and communication requirements.Collaborate with production teams across shifts to maintain consistent quality standards.Skills & Requirements:Proficiency with measuring instruments (calipers, rulers, microscope).Ability to read, understand, and work with technical drawings and documents.Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Working-level English skills (oral and written) for reporting and training purposes.Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and reliability.Previous experience in structures and skin measurements is highly desirable.Work Schedule:Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00Start Date:Expected start: ASAPThis is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about aircraft quality and precision.
