Trust is at the core of our relationships.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Analyze drawings, routings, and manuals to determine specifications and testing proceduresCollect, record, and analyze inspection data to assess resultsCollaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve inspection issuesVerify and complete product paperwork accuratelyInspect product dimensions using precision tools (e.g., calipers, gauges, micrometers) and maintain quality recordsIdentify and document non-conforming materials per procedures. Issue certification labels following established guidelinesWHAT YOU WILL NEED:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience in Aerospace industry (preferably in MRO organization)Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, aircraft manuals and GD&T (ASME Y14.5)Thorough knowledge and ability to apply knowledge of quality systems such as, Aerospace Standard (AS9100/AS9110), FAA regulations (145)Additional experience in component overhaul and previous training and experience performing detailed inspection functions preferredSkilled in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, dial indicators CMM) for quality controlStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish, with the ability to train others and collaborate effectively in teamsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentCompetent in using computer systems for data input and completing forms, reports, and logs accuratelyProblem-solving skills to define, diagnose, and resolve issues efficientlyAbility to write clearly, understand work documents, and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisorsMobility and willingness to temporarily relocateReadiness to work on 2 shifts (6-14 & 14-22)WHAT YOU WILL GAIN:Salary range from 6 500 to 10 000 PLN gross – depending on experienceAdvancement opportunities in international teamA total rewards package, that includes: private health insurance, life & accidental insuranceMultisport packageMeal VouchersCompany performance bonus programWork-life balance, semi-flexible working timePPK: Woodward offers payment to your PPK account up to 4% of your compensation depending on seniorityEducational support
