The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ford Q1 requirements, IATF 16949, and integrated management systems, with a proven track record in leading successful audits. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the continuity, implementation, and improvement of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 10002, ISO 27001, and Ford Q1 quality systems,Monitor the performance of assigned processes and lead continuous improvement activities,Represent the company during customer and certification audits,Analyze customer complaints, internal quality issues, environmental and OHS findings; manage related corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and report to top management,Organize and report monthly QOS meetings,Contribute to defining the company’s sustainability strategies and promote awareness among internal and external stakeholders,Support supplier quality processes and participate in supplier audits when necessary.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum 8years of experience in the automotive industry in quality management roles,Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Ford Q1 audit processes and requirements,Solid understanding and application experience of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 10002, ISO 27001 management systems,Demonstrated success in external audits related to these standards,Holder of an Internal Auditor Certificate,Experienced in automotive core tools: APQP/PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,Proficient in MS Office applications,Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management abilities,Upper Intermediate level in written and spoken English,If you share your CV with Coforward, you accept that your personal data shall be processed by Coforward as briefly stated below and in detail on our website, and Coforward shall not be responsible for all of these.
