It currently has offices in Germany, Colombia, Portugal, and Romania.We are currently looking for a QUALITY MANAGER to join one of our projects in Hanau (Germany), who will define, implement and oversee the QEM management system, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and the organization’s environmental and quality objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and updating procedures, managing permits and licenses, coordinating with external organizations, leading audits, and supervising site inspections and controls. The role also involves designing waste management, resource-saving, and impact-reduction plans, assessing environmental risks, promoting staff training and awareness, preparing technical reports, and ensuring the quality of products and materials. The manager keeps senior management informed of progress and changes in QEM matters, driving continuous improvement and sustainability across all processes.What are we looking for?- University degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, or related vocational training.- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the construction sector.- High level of English (preferably C1).- Master’s degree or specialization in Quality and/or Environmental Management will be an asset.- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and regulations.What do we offer?- Joining a stable and continuously growing company.- Working hours from 8:00–9:00 a.m. to 5:00–6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.- Social benefits.- Meals provided on site.If you are passionate about the world of construction, this is your opportunity!
