Role DescriptionTo lead, implement, and maintain quality and integrated management systems within the textile manufacturing facility, ensuring that all products meet customer requirements, international standards, and continuous improvement objectives.Job Responsibilities:Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 17025).Ensure compliance with sustainable textile standards such as GOTS, OCS, OEKO-TEX, and other customer-specific requirements.Supervise and control product quality across all manufacturing stages (weaving, dyeing, washing, finishing, and packing).Monitor fabric shade consistency and color fastness according to approved customer standards.Oversee laboratory testing activities and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.Analyze defects and non-conformities in all production stages and implement corrective and preventive actions.Develop and update quality policies, SOPs, and work instructions for all production processes.Plan and conduct internal and external audits; follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.Manage document control and ensure proper update and distribution of quality documentation.Prepare and analyze quality performance reports and continuous improvement plans.Organize and deliver training programs to enhance employee awareness of quality and sustainability standards.Participate in sustainability and compliance committees to support certifications and audits.Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvement actions to ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 5 years in a managerial position as a Quality Manager.Proven experience in denim or jeans production is essential.Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, and 17025 systems.Strong knowledge of sustainable textile standards (GOTS, OCS, OEKO-TEX).Experience managing testing laboratories for color fastness, strength, shrinkage, and fabric weight.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for production and quality issues.Technical understanding of denim washing, dyeing, and finishing processes.Excellent skills in developing and managing SOPs and process documentation.Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Good command of English (spoken and written).Ability to lead quality teams, inspectors, and laboratory staff effectively.🔹 Benefits:Competitive salary.Career growth opportunities.Dynamic and supportive work environment.📩 If you are passionate send your CV to: kasharf@lotustex.green
