Quality Manager

Primary responsibility for the Country QMS and responsible for the technical performance while monitoring and providing the necessary technical, operational, and quality management leadership to enhance optimal performance of Midstream Manufacturing production.Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.To maintain a safe work environment for plant personnel, contractors & visitors by meeting Zero Harm to people and environment.Observes and actively demonstrates the leadership behaviours required to lead safety standards and people performance – Felt leadership & Our Bond.Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.Lead a team of Quality engineers, inspectors, auditors, analysts, and technicians to perform QMS through process: Quality design, Quality Control, Quality Test, Quality Audit.Manage material specification to meet our products specification.Maintain Lab test performance.Organize Internal Audit for whole manufacturing processes. Report to management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.Conduct periodic management review meetings about quality.Organize technical communication with customer, e.g. complaint of products quality, customer demand about product performance, and give a feedback of customer complaint and demand to a customer.Oversee product recalls -track and execute corrective action. Manage product development in country and deploy to QMS.Job QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in engineering or Quality.Demonstrated Safety Leadership practices and experience.Manufacturing experience within a continuous process plant/equipment and heavy industry.Management experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control – current certification required.Well knowledge of ISO9000 and country/customer quality regulation.Qualification in statistics or Kepnor Tregor is an added advantage.Certified Project Management will be and advantage.
