CoimbatoreJob DescriptionIndustries: Valve & Actuators Manufacturing industriesExperience: Minimum 15 to 20 years and aboveLocation: CoimbatoreWork Mode: OfficeSalary: Based on experience and performanceEducation: UG: B.Tech /B.E. in MechKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Monitor and inspect processes to identify imperfections or deviations from quality standards.Develop, Implement, and Maintain a comprehensive QMS.Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.Conduct and monitor supplier assessment & approval process.Monitor and respond to customer feedback and complaints. Implement CAPA to address customer concerns.Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality and external standards.Monitor & assist on ongoing Quality Performance of approved suppliers.Identify areas for process improvements and work with respective teams.Ability to prioritize information for data analysis, use technical experience and analytical thinking and ensure products meet the organization's and customers' quality and product integrity requirements.Evaluate and manage supplier quality performance and work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve incoming materials.Educate the employees in quality control methods and best practices.Maintain all documents in line with QMS requirements.Communicate to vendors for all non-conformities and record the corrective actions.To do Root cause analysis with different tools. Qualifications And SkillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering with 12-15 years of experience in Quality Function.Experience with the Valve & Actuators Manufacturing industry including knowledge of various API, ASME, ISO standards, and Strong knowledge of QMS such as- API Q1, ISO 9001.Auditing experience in ISO 9001, SIL-3, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 API Q1, API 6A.Strong personality with own criteria and ability to influence multiple levels of leadership within the organization.Able to clearly communicate, convince, motivate and inspire others.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Achieve and maintain industry-specific quality certifications.Proficiency in understanding External standards (ASTM, API customer’s drawings, material specifications, and Quality requirements.Should have Knowledge of the Machining process, Coating process, and Metal working processes like Open & Close Die forgings, Castings & Heat Treatment.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate effectively with various departments.Initiative-taking with a passion for growth and success.Contact No: 7094445352, 7094445353.Email: careers@susin.in
