Manager QA&QC - Civil

Roles and Responsibilities    Overall responsibility (For multiple large size low rise, high rise, tall commercial, residential & mixed use projects) includes following but not limited to It.:Create, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards, including documentation Exposure to latest construction practicesPreparation of checklists, formats related to quality and safetyRandom review of checklist, formats and test reportsEnsuring regular material testing in Independent third-party LaboratoryAssisting and Guiding Project team for better quality of work and improving site safetyKnowledge of material testing and Concrete mix design Analyze construction process and observations to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement, then develop and implement corrective actions. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and regulations. Investigate quality and safety issues to determine the root cause and lead the resolution process with relevant teams. Mentor and train junior engineers and work with various teams (mix design, improvement in construction practices) to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle. Monitor key quality metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.  Ensure best practices for QA/QC & EHS.
