Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Delhi, India. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and ensure the quality of construction projects by implementing effective QA procedures, conducting detailed inspections, and monitoring compliance with standards. Responsibilities include managing quality audits, identifying and resolving issues, coaching team members on quality practices, and maintaining clear documentation. The role requires close collaboration with construction teams to support seamless project execution and maintain the highest quality standards. Qualifications Strong understanding of Quality Assurance procedures, standards, and protocols in construction or real estate projectsProficiency in conducting quality audits, identifying defects, and overseeing corrective actionsSolid knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in construction and real estateExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skillsStrong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholdersLeadership experience with proven skills in managing and mentoring QA teamsDegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Assurance, or a related fieldPrior experience in managing real estate or construction projects is highly desirable
