Quality Operation Manager

As a Quality Operation Manager you shall be responsible for leading the Quality Officers (Operations), the Quality Control, and the Quality Review teams.In this role, you will actively participate in shaping the Hungarian quality management and support the Head of Quality in executing the corporate quality strategy.You and your teams ensure that the quality system can handle the continuous growth of the company and remains aligned with corporate expectations. You shall maintain close communication with QA Project Managers to stay informed about ongoing projects and their impact on the quality department.You shall own the compliance overview of the Hungarian site, collaborating with operational and digital departments to ensure that all deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and other developments meet their deadlines. Your responsibility shall further include the creation of the Quality Management Review twice a year. You shall also act as a strong and respected people manager, overseeing the Team Leaders of your three teams and ensuring effective task and capacity managementThe Team and StakeholdersYou will support three teams, each led by a Team Leader. These teams are responsible for ensuring that the site meets all relevant regulations and internal quality standards.
