Responsible for setting the project specific scope of activities and resource management Responsible for fulfillment of quality KPI in the assigned projects under consideration of existing guidelines like GDPEP, Safe Launch with a maximum of customer satisfaction Responsible for governance of quality topics in assigned projects that requested maturity grades will be achieved Reporting overall status quality Interface in serial and GDPEP projects to program management and to the customer quality Competencies and experiences: Degree in engineering or quality management Min. 3 years of professional experience Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to communicate to people of different professional levels Fluent English Additional duties and responsibilities: Previous experience in Quality automotive Good Knowledge about ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 High Knowledge about core tools and AIAG Manuals (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA) High Knowledge about problem solving tools (Ishikawa, Pareto, 8D, etc) Computer skills English language Drive collaboration in matrix Competence of lateral leadership Strong communications skills. Confidence and assertiveness Strong Data analytic skills
