Job Description:This position will require performing routine operations and may require shift work and ability to work overtime when needed. The Quality Review Clerk performs a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control, kitting, auditing, shipping, receiving, and dispositioning nonconforming material in accordance with established procedures.Essential Functions:· Utilize applicable standard work and inventory management system to ensure inventory accuracy of the MRB-Quality Clinic· Perform basic cycle counts as required to maintain inventory· Perform post-disposition process for the MRB-Quality Clinic· Package and ship customer returned material as required for the Quality Clinic· Maintains current knowledge of and complies with customer/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) technical data asapplicable to the work assigned.· Train other personnel· Provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the QRC and Quality Clinic team· Responsibilities are not limited to the listed items above and can be changed or modified based on skill level, proficiency, and overall performance.Basic Qualifications:· 2 years of experience managing inventory or working in a materials, shipping, receiving, or logistics support role· Ability to conduct physical activities such as bending, reaching, pulling, pushing· Ability to work overtime as needed· Aptitude for training· High School Diploma / GED or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:· Experience with SAP, Solumina, or previous employment with or supporting Pratt & Whitney· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, planning, problem solving, organizational, and decision-making skills· Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations regulatory requirements or work experience with government regulatory agencies· Knowledge of aerospace quality standards including AS9100, AS9102, & ISO· Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management, external customers, and government agencies
