Job Description

Ensure the quality of IT services by preparing analytical and periodic reports that support decision-making, improve performance, and ensure compliance with quality and digital transformation standards. The goal is to achieve user satisfaction and enhance the overall user experience. Responsibilities:Prepare periodic reports reflecting the technical and operational performance quality of the IT department.Analyze institutional assessment results and observations from regulatory bodies related to the IT department.Monitor digital transformation indicators and identify improvement opportunities within the IT department.Measure user experience and the quality of digital services.Document compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000, and ISO/IEC 27001.Prepare reports for the Project Manager, Operations Management, and University Administration.Design interactive dashboards and visual reports using analytical and design tools.Participate in institutional evaluation processes including submission, verification, site visits, and report preparation.Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.Support digital transformation and institutional accreditation efforts within the IT department.Provide accurate data to enhance transparency and accountability.Qualifications and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or performance analysis within a technical environment.Practitioner of ISO 20000 quality standards.Practitioner of COBIT 2019 framework.Strong analytical and technical skills.Experience with analytical and design tools such as:Power BICanvaAdobe IllustratorPersonal Skills:Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various teams.Accuracy and attention to detail.Strong time management and multitasking skills.
