Role : Customer/Field Quality Team Lead (Domestic & Export Market)Position : Assistant Manager/Deputy ManagerYears of Experience : B.Tech (8-12), Diploma (10-16) Stream : Mechanical Engg /Electrical EnggJob Description :Understanding product issues & defining problem statementDealer/Customer Connect : Domestic & Export MarketScrutinise daily claims/tech webs, Initial Investigation & escalation o Field & Supplier visits for analysis : Hydraulics/Electrical TroubleshootingRoot Cause Analysis, Driving Reliability Improvement ProjectsProcess/Product Audit o Driving Warranty cost reduction projects o Closure effectiveness monitoring o Warranty part attribution (ASD) & Supplier Cost recoveryWarranty data analysis, Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS generation; Early Warning Signals o Warranty Prediction o QASI / IMS document updatingNew Product Launch : Risk Assessment / Carry-over issue resolution
