We are committed to delivering professional, data-driven advice and transparent cost management for private and public sector clients.Our Cayman Islands team delivers a diverse range of projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors — from concept to completion.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent) to join our Cayman Islands office. The successful candidate will take an active role in the delivery of pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services, working closely with our directors, clients, and regional teams.This role is ideal for a proactive, technically capable QS seeking professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative consultancy environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services Cost planning and feasibility studiesTender documentation, BOQ preparation, and procurement managementContract administration and post-contract cost controlValuations, change control, and final account negotiationProvide cost advice and value engineering during design development.Manage client relationships and represent BCL in client and project meetings.Prepare professional reports, estimates, and recommendations.Contribute to internal databasesQualifications and ExperienceChartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management, including both pre- and post-contract phases.Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong client relationships.What We OfferCompetitive tax-free salary commensurate with experience.Discretionary bonus based on performance.Medical insurance and relocation assistance (if applicable).Opportunity to work within a supportive, high-performing regional team.Exposure to diverse and high-profile projects across the Caribbean.Ongoing professional development and CPD support.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a CV and cover letter outlining relevant experience to:patrick.stainton@bcl.kySubject line: Chartered Quantity Surveyor – Cayman IslandsApplications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
