As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded QS to join their team ResponsibilitiesSupport the commercial team with project budgeting, cost control, and tenderingAssist in procurement and subcontractor managementPrepare and review valuations, variations, and final accountsCollaborate with site teams to ensure smooth delivery and financial accuracyProvide cost reports, forecasts, and risk assessmentsEnsure contractual compliance and support dispute resolution as neededKey requirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying or related field3–5 years’ experience in construction or engineering (main contractor or subcontractor environment ideal)Strong grasp of contracts (NEC, FIDIC, or similar)Skilled in Excel and other commercial toolsAnalytical mindset with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator and team playerSelf-motivated and results-drivenIf you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
