Location: Lagos stateEmployment Type: Full-timeResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for residential and commercial construction projectsLead and manage cost estimations and budgeting for government tenders and private contractsReview tender documents and ensure timely bid submissionsConduct site visits to assess project requirements and prepare accurate cost estimates.Develop bills of quantities and cost plans for projects.Manage project budgets and monitor costs to ensure financial efficiency.Liaise with suppliers and contractors to negotiate pricing and ensure quality materials.Provide cost advice and value engineering solutions to optimize project outcomes.Prepare tender documents and assist in contractor selection.Collaborate with site engineers and project managers for cost controlTrack project variations and prepare valuation reportsRequirementsHND / BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.3–7 years of experience as a Quantity SurveyorStrong background in preparing government bid proposalsStrong fieldwork experience and ability to work on-site.Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or similar).Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.Application Closing Date31st July, 2025.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and relevant documents to: jobs@choicetalents.com.ng using the job title as the subject of the email.
