Job Description

Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer – Landscape Construction📍 Location: Umluj, Red Sea Key Responsibilities:✅ Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for landscape projects ✅ Conduct site measurements and valuations ✅ Monitor project costs and manage variations ✅ Negotiate contracts and liaise with subcontractors/suppliers ✅ Ensure compliance with project budgets and timelinesRequirements:✔️ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field ✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction projects ✔️ Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and contract administration ✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software ✔️ Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
