Administrate progress claims/payments to clients and from suppliers/sub-contractorsSettlement of final account with clients and suppliers/sub-contractorsCost estimates, variation order submission and other QS functionsUpdate suppliers/ sub-contractors account periodically or as instructed by Project ManagerEnsure suppliers/sub-contractors contract agreement is executed by vendorsPrepare progress claim/paymentPrepare cost analysis and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the projectMonitor project costs to ensure the objectives of the project are achievedPrepare contract documents for subcontractorsReview contract agreementsProvide advice on contractual claims so that the project scope is managedPreparation of cash flow forecastEOT claims preparationEvaluation of price comparison summaryAny other ad-hoc assignmentPossess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent with minimum 10 years relevant working experience in construction industry preferably in LTA projectsBe able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlinesHave good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trendExperience in Soil investigation and Geotechnical Instrumentation Projects Related experience in the construction industry
