Evaluating of subcontractor’s progress claims, variation claim and recommend to team manager for the interim payment certificates until final account settlementClient Progress Payment Claim PreparationAnalyzing the documents and letters related with contact administration & update logsEnsuring cost control and project schedule is metPreparing of tender documents and specifications for subcontractorsPreparing of subcontractor agreements, letter of award, work/purchase order, etcQuantity measurement and preparing of progress claim and variation order, EOT to the Client and ConsultantsCoordination, supervision and monitoring progress of project works and progress of subcontractor’s workTrack / study changes to the design and/or construction work and find out / develop the VO proposalsLiaise with the external Claim consultant and relevant managers / staffsLiaise with the Client / Consultant for QS and contract related issuesOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsDiploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalentAt least 3 years’ working experience in quantity surveyingUnderstanding of civil worksFamiliar with MS Office, AutoCAD, etcSelf-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
