Job Description

To ensure quantity surveying and issue quantity surveying sheets needed for economic planning, procurement and staffing, follow-up of subcontractors and needed for correct invoicing to the client; Quantity surveying for each task needed for contract job performance with a view to determine actual workload; to carry out monthly surveying for completed work, drafting of surveying sheets according to the site engineer.Job Requirements And Competencies ProfileProfessional Training in Quantity Surveying;Minimum 5-year experience as a Quantity Surveyor;Knowledge in contract and customer management;Command of MS Office and Autocad;Fluent in English;Planning and Organization;Analysis and Problem solving;Availability for mobility.Location: Rwanda
