ABOUT THE JOB We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor Manager to join our Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh. This opportunity lies within our Infrastructure Division and requires specific expertise in working on Civil Engineering and Transportation projects, particularly those involving roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels in urban environments. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all cost-related matters, ensuring timely and efficient handling of the payment certificate, change and potential cost overruns. KEY RESPONSABILITIES Main descriptions of the job position: Control of cost implication of change order, site instructions, measurements etc. Certify interim payments, value any Change Orders or adjustments of provisional quantities, Monitor and update the costs of the Project and advise the Project Manager and Commercial Manager of potential cost overruns. Monitor Remeasurement. Review Contractors Payment applications. Review correspondence. Coordinates with other packages (where they exist) and disciplines. Logs Contractual Correspondence. Assess and report cost implications of value engineering proposals. Monitor the estimate of Final Account. Function as point of contact between the Quantity Surveying Department and the Contract Administrator. ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Quantity Surveying discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience). Formal qualifications/affiliations to RICS, IQS, ICES, or CIOB. Applicable Experience: over 15 years in project management, particularly in mega construction projects. Understanding of construction, design and engineering principles. Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Proficiency level of English language. Arabic Language is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Report writing skills, social skills, communication, teamwork, problem solving, autonomy, flexibility, and technical rigor. Willingness to work in a multinational environment firm. Additional requirements: Transferable Iqama in case of non-Saudi. Based in Riyadh. Valid SCE membership.
