Quantity Surveyor – MEP Engineer (Mechanical,Civil,Electrical & Plumbing)

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (Quantity Surveying specialization preferred). - Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying within contracting or consultancy environments. - Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, installation methods, and relevant codes/standards. - Solid understanding of contracts - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel Job duties description We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor – MEP to manage all cost estimation, budgeting, and commercial activities related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works within construction projects.
