Senior Quantity Surveyor – Electrical EPC / Renewable EnergyLocation: Montague Gardens, Cape TownAre you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? An established and growing engineering contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their head office team in Montague Gardens. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen and experience in electrical EPC or E-BoP projects, particularly within the renewable energy or Solar PV sector.What you’ll do:Lead the cost control and reporting function across multiple projectsManage budgets, cash flow, and financial forecastsPrepare and review progress claims, variations, and payment certificatesOversee subcontractor management and ensure contractual complianceProvide accurate project cost analysis and commercial insights to senior managementSupport tendering and project estimation where requiredWhat you’ll need:8–10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, including at least 3 years in a senior roleProven background in electrical EPC/E-BoP projectsStrong understanding of Solar PV project scope and financial reportingProficiency in CCS Candy/BuildSmart, Excel, and cost forecasting tools
