Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager

Join a well-established construction and engineering team with nearly 50 years’ experience delivering some of New Zealand’s most complex structural steel projects.We’re looking for Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to join a team working on one of Dunedin’s largest-ever construction projects...you guessed it!As a site-based QS, you’ll be hands-on managing cost planning, estimating, contracts, and budgets across a complex build, working closely with designers, fabrication teams, and on-site crews. Project Managers will lead the day-to-day running of the project, coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, and safety to ensure everything runs smoothly.We’re looking for people with:5+ years’ experience in construction or structural steel projectsStrong leadership and team coordination skillsHands-on, proactive approach to problem-solvingExperience managing budgets, contracts, or project deliveryCommercial awareness with a focus on quality and efficiencyA rare opportunity in Dunedin’s construction scene!
