Job Description

ResponsibilitiesProvide pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying services.Advise on contract procedures and compliance.Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures.Prepare tender documents for main contracts and subcontracts.Assist with cost estimation and budgeting.Prepare and analyze cost comparisons.Establish and maintain a database of costs, materials, and suppliers.Obtain quotations and conduct pricing negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).Prepare, settle, and compile final accounts.Finalize and verify claims and contractor payments.Perform any other duties assigned by your Supervisor from time to time.QualificationsBachelor or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.Minimum 7 years of working experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Possess own transport.Benefits:-Dental allowanceHealth insuranceOptical allowanceEducation benefitOutpatient medical benefitOpportunities for promotionProfessional development
