Job DescriptionUnderstand the requirement of tender documentExercise collaborative plan and define extend of worksUnderstand and deliver the job within timelinesTimely management of tender activitiesGeneral duty includes measurement of quantity, cost comparison and participate in prepare tender priceReview of quotations with the specification designedReview of the quantity from each buddy, cross check for possible item that may have overlookParticipate in tender price build-up and analysisMeeting and Discussion with Client, Consultant, Subcon, Specialist, etc.Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)Other tasks assigned by the ManagementRequirementsDiploma, Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture / Structure / M&E / Quantity SurveyingMinimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on project tenderingStrong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and tender submission processesProficient in Microsoft Excel, Glodon and tendering softwareAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneouslyAble to work independently and be a good team player as wellPossess excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate
