- Provide seamless administrative support to a group of senior executives with varying needs and workstyles- Coordinate calendars, travel, communications, and logistics- Manage a variety of ad hoc business and personal tasks with discretion and professionalism- Ensure a high level of accuracy and completeness in all assignments- Proactively anticipate needs and problem-solve without constant direction- Support operational projects across departments with a “no task too small” mindsetQualifications:
