This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially focused, results-driven professional with extensive sales and strategic experience across UK and Irish markets.

Reporting to the Commercial Director UK , you will be responsible for delivering commercial performance, developing high-performing teams, and contributing to the broader commercial strategy across retail, convenience, wholesale, and Out of Home channels. Key Responsibilities: Lead a Business Unit to become the number one supplier in its category, recognised as such by customers. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on growth with a key national customer. Define and implement a clear, long-term category vision within the relevant retail and channel landscapes. Negotiate and execute annual trading terms aligned with customer and business objectives.

Collaborate cross-functionally to help shape and deliver the overall commercial strategy. Full ownership of P&L, including delivery of sales, profit, forecast accuracy, and cash collection targets. Ideal Candidate Profile: An experienced commercial leader with a proven track record in UK retail, convenience, wholesale, and Out of Home sectors. Demonstrated success in leading teams and launching commercially viable products. Strong cross-functional understanding spanning sales, category, operations, finance, and supply chain. Commercially astute with the ability to analyse opportunities and align customer needs with business goals. Experienced in creating and executing effective commercial and category strategies.

Deep understanding of supply chain operations including direct-to-store delivery, RDCs, and third-party distribution models. Energetic, hands-on, and motivated by growth and performance.
