The New Equation is our global strategy with a human-centered and tech-powered approach, that focuses on our clients and all stakeholders, and helps them build trust and drive sustainable results.PwC Türkiye R&D team is looking for "Manager" to be a part of our expanding practice in İstanbul office.Job Description:Understand relevant tax policies and regulations regarding the Law No. 5746 and the Law No 4691, understand the incentive mechanisms for each Law and sub-regulation;Interview with clients to understand clients’ business operation and R&D process; as well as incentive calculations to provide consultancy for compliance to R&D/Technopark Law and regulations.Coach and support other team members in the specialised field.Responsibilities:To provide consultancy on compliance with the legislation for the companies we serve regarding the support and incentives provided to R&D activities in Türkiye and to guide the team for which he/she is responsible.Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities and coach to help deliver results.Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in business area.Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.Share relevant thought leadership.Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing others.Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality, diverse relationships.Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.Requirements Bachelor degree in Business Administrative, Economics and Social Sciences6-9 years of experience R&D incentives and tax regulations in an international or local audit and tax advisory firm,Fluent in oral and written English.
