Duties: Develop and maintain supply plans with the right product mix, sizes, and concentrations to meet forecasted demand while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence. Develop and execute capacity plan for designated manufacturing areas and associated productsAnalyze demand requirements including sales forecasts for identification of production and supply bottlenecks and recommending and implementing actions for resolution. Direct Production Planners to ensure timely execution of forecasted demand for availability of products to fill customer orders and on time shipments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
At least six (6) years work experience required in Production/Supply Planning or an equivalent combination of work experience in a planning/manufacturing environment. Advancing Productivity Innovation and Competitive Success (APICS) or similar professional certification preferred. Strong knowledge of Production and Supply Planning processes, manufacturing constraints, regulatory requirements and cGMPs. Proficient in SAP ERP system and Microsoft Office (Excel).
