We're looking for a creative and driven individual to join our R&D team as an Advanced Development Engineer.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead the design and development of innovative product concepts that address current & future market needs, with a focus on performance, manufacturability, and sustainability.Conduct structural and airflow simulations such as mechanical parts, piping and packaging, validating performance through rigorous testing.Mentor junior engineers in design methodologies, best practices, and technical problem-solving.Guide the sourcing, evaluation, and standardization of components, material and manufacturing process by collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams. new materials, components, and processes.Establish and improve design standards, analysis model and testing protocols for long-term use.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s is a plus).3–6 years of product design experience in consumer appliances, automotive, or related industries.Hands-on expertise with 3D CAD tools (Pro/E, Creo, or Solid Edge) and familiar with structural/thermal (FEA/CFD) simulation analysis.Strong project ownership mindset, capable of managing tasks independently and guiding small teams.Track record of solving complex engineering problems with innovative, practical solutionsWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a passionate team where your ideas matter, your creativity is valued, and your growth is supported.
