R&D Team Leader

Lead the tech behind one of Israel’s fastest-growing companies.At Kendago, we’re not just running ads — we’re building a game-changing tech product that gives our marketing teams a serious edge.It’s a smart, insight-driven optimization platform that analyses tons of ads data and turns it into real-time recommendations and insights for publishers.This tech is one of the reasons we were ranked by Globes as one of the Top 50 fastest-growing companies in Israel in 2023.Now we’re looking for a passionate and proactive Team Leader to head the R&D team building this core product.You’ll be at the center of our most strategic tech and business initiatives, driving innovation and delivering high-impact solutions.Our Office is located in Kiryat Ono.This is a hybrid position, including two to three work-from-home days per week, with flexibility based on team and individual needs.Requirements:5+ years of development experience, including 3+ years leading development teamsStrong backend skills with a microservices mindset using Node.js / Python Solid experience with React / other frontend architectureComfortable working with both SQL and NoSQL databasesPassion for building products that drive business valueClean coder, great communicator, and proactive leaderAdvantage:Advantage -Experience with PythonAdvantage - working in scale with big amounts of Data.Responsibilities:Lead a full-stack team working on our proprietary optimization platformArchitect and build high-scale, data-centric web systemsBe a hands-on leader: code when needed, unblock, mentor, and push forwardCollaborate with product managers who work hand-in-hand with our performance teams.Balance rapid delivery with long-term architecture and stability
