Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Research and Development (R&D) role based in Dĩ An. The R&D professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing beverage formulations and ensuring that products meet both quality and regulatory standards. Key tasks include conducting research, preparing samples in the laboratory, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine product concepts and production processes. Additional responsibilities involve analyzing data, generating reports, and staying current on market trends to support innovation in beverage development.
