We support projects at every stage – from selecting the right designer to handing over the finished space to the client. Role DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, expediting processes, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
The Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Work from home is acceptable for this role, but occasional in-office presence is required. Key Areas of Responsibility: Managing projects from the sketch design and preparation of project documentation to project handover and commissioning. Monitoring the quality and content of all project and working documentation. Drafting contracts in collaboration with the company’s legal department. Supervising project execution and progress. Selecting subcontractors, signing contracts, and overseeing their performance. Controlling construction work and ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinating all project participants and resolving disputes.
Monitoring project timelinesPreparing the project budget and ensuring compliance. Reviewing and overseeing cost estimates required for the project. Preparing regular reports on the project's implementation progress. Ensuring timely preparation and submission of as-built documentation. Managing approval processes and liaising with relevant authorities. Monitoring on-site work in accordance with architectural supervision. Accepting completed work at final and intermediate stages. Overseeing the final project handover.
