The Finishing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of apparel production, ensuring quality control, managing finished goods warehouse, and coordinating with the production team.
Daily tasks include supervising finishing operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining high standards of product quality. The Finishing Manager will also be involved in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Experience in Quality Control and Production ManagementStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesPacking experience for store pack, ratio pack, assortment packs. Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is advantageous
