All internal communication is conducted in English.Strong knowledge of RF design, circuit design, and cellular technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE).Hands-on experience with network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and RF circuits.Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.Familiar with AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.Able to multitask, work independently, and adapt to demanding project environments.Open to some domestic / international travel (~10%) and irregular working hours when required. Knowledge and skills in RF Design and Circuit DesignOpen to fresh graduates or 1-3 years experience in telecommunications or RF engineering Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an entry-level RAN/RF Engineer located in Jakarta, Indonesia (Permata Hijau, Kebon Jeruk / Sukabumi Utara).The RAN/RF Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for mission-critical systems.Set up and install client systems; conduct user training and technical demonstrations.Deliver on-site customer support in Jakarta, with occasional domestic travel (~10%).Support pre-sales activities by assisting in product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution discussions with potential new customers.Troubleshoot, maintain, and operate RF and network systems.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and service records.Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to technical issues including during off-hours when needed.
