This pivotal role shapes the future of our Transport Business in Vietnam and the broader APAC region. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex transport projects, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.Your RoleLead the positioning and delivery of major rail and transportation projects in Vietnam.Champion innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation in design and delivery.Build strong relationships with clients, government stakeholders, and industry partners.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, mentoring junior staff and promoting professional development.Represent Arup in industry forums and support business development through proposals and client presentations.Is this role right for you?Tertiary qualifications in engineering from a recognized Vietnamese or international university.Professional engineering license or chartered status in Vietnam or an accredited international institution.Extensive experience in design and project management of rail and/or transport infrastructure.Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and develop junior engineers and managers.Strong focus on occupational Health and Safety, including Safety in Design.Fluency in conversational and written Vietnamese.Strong written communication and report writing skills.What We Offer YouAt Arup, we care about each member’s success, so we can grow together.
